First Experiments in Camera Raw

Unless you work on Photoshop often or are in the photography business in some way, you probably have no idea what camera raw is. It's basically another file format to shoot in instead of using JPEG.

I'm finding that I have so much more to learn in this world of digital photography. So I try to read and research as much as possible. This includes the fabulous and confusing world of raw. Rebecca uses the raw format when we shoot inside churches and says it gives her so much more latitude. And just in my little experiment today, I'm finding she is sooooo right! I think I'm going to have to start using it more often.

So here it is, my first shots in raw. Stay tuned to see my experiments in lighting. I need to read up on that one first but it will be my next "project".
