New Name, New Blog

So as some of you may already know, I've made the transition from RustyBoy Photography to Jill Denny Photography. It's a work in progress. No surprise there. But with a new name comes a brand new blog. Check it out!

Diana

Jesse's aunt, uncle and two cousins stayed with us this past weekend. Diana is quite the little ham so naturally I had to snap a few frames of her. I think she is ready for her close up.

Sarah Stephens

Remember this face people because I believe Sarah Stephens is well on her way to becoming a household name!!

Sarah is the cousin of one of my brides and she is working her little booty off in Hollywood. And fortunately for me, she needed some new headshots! I got to hear all kinds of fun stories about her working on different sets and all the people she's met along the way. My head would be spinning if I was living that life. I get distracted by shiny things... can you imagine if I was surrounded by celebrities?!!!

Sarah remained totally down to earth the whole time while strikin' her sexiest poses. She made the session feel like we were just two friends hanging out. Of course, one of those two friends just happens to be fabulous!

Sarah, any time you need headshots, give me a call. I'd photograph you any day of the week!

Jason and Barb's Engagement Party

Jason and Barb are good friends of Rebecca's. They are getting married in 2011 and they've already asked me to be their photographer. Wow! I like they way they're thinking ahead. The party was super fun and Barb is so sweet. It is nearly impossible not to like her. Here's a sneak peak of the party.

The happy couple.

Aren't they cute?

Rebecca is saying, "I don't know why I'm so cute!".

Is It Wrong?

I've been cleaning my makeup brushes by sticking them in the washing machine. For years I would try and handwash them with soap and water but they always wound feeling like I didn't get all the soap out of them. Inevitably, I would end up throwing them out and having to buy new. But recently I thought I'd throw them in the laundry. It worked! I let them air dry and they felt brand new. So the question is, am I weird for thinking of this or an absolute genius?

All clean!
